What’s your cancellation policy?
I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully require a 48 hour notice to cancel your appointment. If not, I require half of your appointment cost to reschedule. BOOKING DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
What happens if I am late?
There is a 15 minute lateness policy. If you are running late to your appointment, please call or text to let me know. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes, you should have to forfeit your appointment completely and a cancellation fee will apply.
What happens if I no show without letting you know?
No show, no call, no text…NO TOLERANCE. If you miss your appointment without calling or texting, you will not be able to rebook with me. I understand that emergencies and things come up, but please be courteous and considerate of my time.
Can I bring my kids?
I love kids! I actually have 2 of my own, but please leave yours at home when you come to your appointment. My salon is not a good place for kids of any age. It also makes your appointment a lot longer, so please plan accordingly!
Do you do refunds?
I do not offer refunds because my time + product was already used.
However, if you have an issue within 48 hours of your appointment, I will correct what’s needed at no additional cost to you! If you reach out to me after 48 hours, the touch-up will be charged accordingly.
If your issue (before or after 48 hours) involves a personal preference that wasn’t addressed in the consultation, it will be charged accordingly. I require realistic inspiration pics + a thorough consultation prior to each appoint in order to hopefully avoid this!
