I’m not the one to follow all rules don’t get me wrong but this rule I follow more often than not. Hair always pulls warm! Your hair will grow if you don’t cut it, it will just break and get dry on your ends so it will feel like it’s not growing. Clean hair is better for coloring not dirty! It’s best to start with a clean canvas. (Unless you are doing a full bleach re-touch then that’s different) Your hair is most fragile when it’s wet!
